King’s School
Looking to the future

Branding / Literature / Workshop

In 2012, the King’s CE School in Wolverhampton benefited from a £25 million redevelopment funded by the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme.

As part of the transformation, Motif Creative were commissioned to develop a new brand, which reflected the schools strong faith ethos, but given the school’s status as a specialist arts college, were asked to consider creative treatments for the brand implementation.

Working with the Headteacher and the Assistant Principal for Specialism (Arts), Motif developed proposals for a dynamic new uniform, an updated college prospectus, website design, and the design for all internal and external site signage. During the creative development process we also held a workshop for the photography students helping them take images of the new building for use on future marketing materials.
