Graphic Designer

 

We are on the hunt for a talented Midweight Designer, comfortable with art-working, to work on a wide range of B2B projects, from concept to execution.

This position can be based in either our Nottingham office, or our Powys office.

What you will do:

  • Work across different mediums – print and digital, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
  • Deliver concepts for event launches and animations
  • Apply UX principles when designing for digital experiences
  • Create identities and brand guidelines for different clients
  • Design PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage design and artwork for our quarterly magazine

Who you are:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience working as a Designer in a similar environment on B2B projects
  • You have a great understanding of design principles and you’re passionate about raising the creative bar
  • You’re up to date with typography trends and styles
  • You are highly organised (and punctual), enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can deliver beautiful work quickly
  • You are comfortable with artworking
  • Fully proficient with the Adobe Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop
  • You’ve ideally worked in an Agency environment before and therefore you’re able to work to different client needs and deliver at pace
  • You’re able to visualise concepts and translate them into great artwork
  • You can sketch an idea clearly
  • Illustration skills are very desirable

Studio and Production Manager

As our Studio and Production Manager, you will be at the heart of production process, running our two studios effectively in Nottingham and Newtown, Powys, working with different teams to ensure we deliver great work for our clients

This position can be based in either our Nottingham office, or our Powys office.

What you will do:

  • Organise weekly creative and digital work scheduling
  • Act as the gate-keeper for projects across the agency, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Create, manage and implement efficient workflow processes and systems
  • Proactively plan the workflow management for creative and digital projects
  • Engage freelance resource where appropriate, ensuring costs are kept within budget
  • Ensure teams operate productively and efficiently within the scope of a project
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure internal teams work smoothly and succinctly to deliver great work
  • Source and manage supplier relationships and conduct regular reviews, ensuring suppliers are of the highest quality
  • Provide competitive pricing for sales team for projects in a timely manner
  • Utilise agency systems to schedule, prioritise and manage workflow
  • Report on progress and other aspects of creative workflow
  • Archive work onto our own digital asset management system
  • Ensure digital best practices are met

Who you are:

  • Proven experience as a Studio Manager/ Traffic Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Able to deliver resources effectively across a busy studio, driving quality and efficiency through sound communication and planning skills
  • Sound understanding of digital and print campaign management.
