Project Administrator/ Project Manager

Full-time position - Salary + package dependent on experience

We are now looking for a project manager to help us deliver client projects effectively on time and budget which requires collaboration with clients to accurately interpret their objectives and ensure these are scoped into high quality briefs for the creative and production teams.

This position can be based in either our Powys or Nottingham office.

 What you will do:

  • Assume ownership of designated projects, ensuring they are delivered effectively on time and on budget
  • Respond to client requests promptly and efficiently and liaise with internal teams to improve the overall client experience
  • Attending client meetings and briefings where required
  • Effectively use agency systems to schedule work, prepare estimates, control budgets, prepare orders and invoicing
  • Ensure accurate and timely timesheet completion
  • Identify opportunities to maximize client revenue
  • Ensure all creative or digital work is fully checked and tested prior to delivery

Who you are:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing communications
  • Previous experience of the healthcare or medical sector would be an advantage
  • Proven experience as a project administrator or manager
  • Ability to build collaborative and trusted relationships with clients, taking an interest in their objectives and business plans
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Graphic Designer

We are on the hunt for a talented Midweight Designer, comfortable with art-working, to work on a wide range of B2B projects, from concept to execution.

This position can be based in either our Nottingham office, or our Powys office.

What you will do:

  • Work across different mediums – print and digital, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
  • Deliver concepts for event launches and animations
  • Apply UX principles when designing for digital experiences
  • Create identities and brand guidelines for different clients
  • Design PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage design and artwork for our quarterly magazine

Who you are:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience working as a Designer in a similar environment on B2B projects
  • You have a great understanding of design principles and you’re passionate about raising the creative bar
  • You’re up to date with typography trends and styles
  • You are highly organised (and punctual), enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can deliver beautiful work quickly
  • You are comfortable with artworking
  • Fully proficient with the Adobe Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop
  • You’ve ideally worked in an Agency environment before and therefore you’re able to work to different client needs and deliver at pace
  • You’re able to visualise concepts and translate them into great artwork
  • You can sketch an idea clearly
  • Illustration skills are very desirable
